How Does It Compare Against Competitors?

REsimpli is marketed as an online all-in-one platform focused on providing real estate investors with all the tools they need to operate their businesses without having to use additional software apps.

It uses subscription-based pricing to accommodate teams and markets of various sizes. So, how does it stack up against its closest competitors? Let’s take a closer look:

REsimpli vs DealMachine

DealMachine has some of the same features as REsimpli, though it does seem to be lacking in several that REsimpli offers, such as a built-in phone system and integrated document e-sign services. DealMachine claims to have the highest-rated real estate investor software on iPhone and iPad's Apple App Store and Android's Google Play Store, with a 4.8 rating.

It’s important to note that other apps, including REsimpli, may not have been available for as long, thus impacting the number of reviews.

Although DealMachine is priced lower than REsimpli, with subscriptions ranging from $49 to $249 per month, several features included with a REsimpli subscription require DealMachine subscribers to pay an additional fee. DealMacine does offer a free trial, however.

REsimpli vs FreedomSoft

FreedomSoft also claims to be the number one software for real estate investors. But unlike DealMachine, which based that claim on its reviews on app stores, FreedomSoft provides no metrics to back its claim.

FreedomSoft is focused on providing lead generation, offering access to over 100 million properties nationwide and more than 7 million vacant motivated seller leads. FreedomSoft also provides CRM and lead management services, as well as deal analysis and workflow analysis, but not some of the other marketing, communications and document services that REsimpli provides.

FreedomSoft offers three subscription plans ranging from $197 to $497. Like DealMachine, FreedomSoft offers a free trial.

REsimpli  vs REI BlackBook

REI BlackBook is an all-in-one platform for real estate investors and contains several integrated features designed to support an investor's entire business. Like REsimpli, it features a robust CRM system and a feature similar to REsimpli’s driving for dollars feature.

It also offers a process for lead follow-up via text, email, or voicemail. REI BlackBook differs in its focus by offering property marketing and website building for wholesaling and investing. Both software apps provide tutorials and excellent customer service.

The price of REI BlackBook subscriptions ranges from $97 to $297 and is based on the number of users and allowable contacts.
