My name is Randall. I'm out of Northern California, and I wanted to create this short video to provide a brief testimonial to Alex, Ryan, and the Real Estate Skills Team to just highlight my experience with the Pro Wholesaler VIP 3.0 Program.

I guess just to kind of back up, my experience with wholesaling was started from listening to a number of podcasts, YouTube, BiggerPockets. I think if anything, all the great insights that I've gleaned from each of those platforms made me dangerous, but it also made me feel like there was just a lot of information. I had to do everything.

That ultimately resulted to me spending time, money, energy just across the board, trying to lock down certain real estate contracts, spent money on lead gen services, VAs, bandit signs, you name it.

Randall (01:04):

So ultimately, one of the things that attracted me to the Pro Wholesaler VIP 3.0 Program was the sheer fact that Alex teaches something unique in a way that you don't need to spend marketing dollars to identify highly qualified leads that you can lock up and wholesale.

Given the challenges that I had initially before I met Alex, just wholesaling, I literally questioned if wholesaling was the right business for me to pursue just from the time and energy that I already had invested into it, but being resilient, ultimately, I decided to reach out to Alex.

Ultimately, I spent a great deal of time with him on the phone just to learn more about his program, the success of his students, and ultimately even hear his story out, which is phenomenal, to say the least. It's very inspiring as well.

Ultimately, he gave me a high-level overview of the curriculum. He ensured that I was a right fit for the program, talked about my goals. Then he talked through the overall curriculum, the five-week program, how to find 100 cash buyers, how to keep yourself out of trouble with regard to contracts, and some of his secret sauces, I guess if you will to help us all be successful as students.

Randall (02:27):

So ultimately, as I thought much about the program, I knew just from listening to YouTubes and, of course, podcasts, it's not uncommon to spend $5,000 or more to lock up a wholesale real estate contract.

So the sheer fact that he was going to show me a way to identify highly qualified leads with zero out-of-pocket expenses was definitely intriguing to me. So I ended up taking the plunge, ended up moving forward with the program, and I couldn't be more happy with that decision.

Ultimately, his program is exactly what it's stated to be. There's no fluff. It's just everything's broken down to a science. It's a five-week program. He takes you everywhere from A to Z on what to do and what you need to do to be successful. He has ongoing weekly live sessions.

He has an amazing community that you can ask any questions and have all the answers to your questions addressed. In addition to that, they'll help keep you out of trouble with the way contracts are written, right? So you need to be very careful with that as well.

So I don't know. Just having gone through the program, I couldn't be more happy with the decision. I would like to say if you are on the fence, feel free to reach out to me.

Don't take to YouTube University, podcasts, BiggerPockets, all these different firms, because if you're anything like me, with the engineering mindset, less is more in many ways.
