I'm about to show you a strategy I've been using for years, and that really, seriously works in one minute or less. You can find the cash buyer you need for your wholesale real estate deals that's going to pay you, $5,000, $10,000, $20,000 on your wholesale deal in one minute or less, okay? Like I said, I've been doing this for years. I just did it yesterday. I just got a new buyer on my list. I talked to him on the phone. I know the price point they want to buy in. I know the areas they want to buy in, and the types of houses they want. So it’s been working for years and it works right now! I'm really looking forward for you to check this out. This is my secret. Go have fun with it.
All right, guys. First things first, go to Google.com. And I'm going to use a city that Paul asked me if I could do. Paul lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, and says he needs to find cash buyers in that area. So what I want you to do is go to Google, and then type in “buy my house”, and then type in the city that you're in. Search “buy my house Cincinnati”, and now just scroll down to the organic searches, and go the first one. Now it says, "We buy houses Cincinnati." Look at that. Now let's check out what this video has to say.

All right. I think you get the picture. Here's a guy who has bought over 600 properties, and he's ready to put in a cash offer. So this is exactly the type of cash buyer that you need. He's looking to buy a bunch of houses. He's bought a bunch of houses already. He has his systems already locked and ready to go. I'm sure he could look at the property that you have, and see if he could make it work. And that's all it takes to find a cash buyer that can pay you $5, $10, or even $20,000 for your wholesale fee for that property. All right? Awesome!
You just found out how to find cash buyers in your area in one minute or less. So go ahead, apply this to the city that you're in. If you're in Fort Lauderdale, type in “buy my house Fort Lauderdale.” If you're in Albuquerque, New Mexico, type in “buy my house Albuquerque.” And then sift through the results – that’s all you need to do. It may not always be number one. It could be number three. It could be on the second page for these cash buyers, but literally, if you spent two hours doing this, you can come up with tons of cash buyers, and you'll be set for a long, long time. These are the cash buyers that are going to give you thousands of dollars per wholesale real estate deal and/or more. So definitely use this. The cat's out of the bag!
